Refund Policy

Effective date: September 12, 2026

The RefStub Pro subscription ($29.00/year) comes with a simple promise: if you want your money back within 14 days of a charge — the first one or any yearly renewal — you get it. No questions, no forms to argue with.

How to get a refund

1. Find your receipt email — it came from our payment platform, which processes all payments and refunds.
2. Use the refund / billing-portal link in that email, or reply to it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
3. Can’t find the email? Write to support@refstub.com with the approximate purchase date and we’ll point the request the right way.

Canceling is separate from refunds and even easier: cancel anytime in the billing portal and you keep Pro through the period you already paid for. After a refund, the Pro features lock again but every bit of your data stays in your account, and the free tier — including CSV export — keeps working.
